Refund Policy
Refund terms for digital content under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
1. Nature of products
All paid products (full birth-chart reading, premium AI package) are digital content delivered online — there is no physical shipment.
2. Full refund — before delivery
If the reading has not yet been generated/opened (or, for the premium package, generation has not yet started), you may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment.
3. After delivery
Because the reading is digital content that can be viewed/copied immediately, refunds are limited once it has been generated and made available, in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
4. Defects & failed generation
If the product differs from its description, or if the premium AI package fails to be generated/delivered, we will re-generate it or issue a full refund regardless of the period above.
5. How to request
Email osu355@gmail.com with your payment email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.
